Outlook on Windows

which give a very comprehensive
overview of using the Outlook/Exchange combination on windows.

When you log into a Windows machine on the IC domain, your login information
derived from your "profile" is automatically available to your Outlook
client on the system. To start using email, you have to run the client,
an incon for which is normally on the Windows desktop.

As with othe remail programs, you can "attach" documents to your email.
Outlook uses the express "insert file" but the effect is the same.
Multiple Personalities
If you have email set up with other ISPs, you can include the settings
for this in your Outlook profile. Proceed as follows:
Go to Tools>Services>, press Add and select Internet E-mail
Add you details, note that SMPT must be set to the local one.
