We did not yet examine a coupling reaction of bromoaminopyrazine
with arylboronate but believe to be able to use arylboronates for
the coupling reactions. Now we plan to try it to making Cypridina
luciferin analogs. Our studies connect to synthesize luciferin
analogs, therefore, we did not try the coupling reactions with
arylstananes having ortho substituents. It is known, if my memory
is correct, that Sandmeyer reaction could be applied to 2-
aminopyrazines but we did not try it because of the above reason.
