Conference Key Dates
- May 15, 1998. Deadline for authors to register their intent to
submit an article or poster with a short (200 word) abstract.
- May 22, 1998. Deadline by which authors will be informed if
their article/poster is accepted for the conference on the basis of
the submitted abstract.
- June 19, 1998. Deadline for authors to submit the final
article/poster.
- June 29, 1998. The conference proper starts, with free
discussion of any submited article/poster/
- July 24, 1998. Discussion period ends.
- August 21, 1998. Deadline for authors to notify they do
not wish their contribution to be included on the CD-ROM
proceedings.
- September 25, 1998. Final date for revisions to
articles/posters and for submission of other materials.
- December 1998. Estimated deadline for final pressing of the
CD-ROM proceedings.
