Synthesis of four of the five cyclic tripeptides is complete.  The compounds are currently undergoing conformational analysis using CD and NMR.  However, an X-ray crystallographic structure was obtained for the macrocycle bearing a benzyl group at position 6 of the Aca linker.  The central dipeptide unit appears to form a type II' b-turn.
