How many molecules are necessary to obtain one collision every second ?

By an identical calculation 2.08 1014 molecules will be necessary. In concentration it is the equivalent of 1/10 ppb.

Then from 1/10 ppb concentration, the small surface of 10x10 Å
will be in contact every second with one molecule of poison.
