Sorry to disturb the list, but I did not find a suitable address
for administrative matters.

Minor nitpicking:

I have recently resubscribed to the list (due to email change)
and noticed that in the greeting received from majordomo there
is a http address to Robin Cover's old address (www.sil.org) instead
of the new one (http://www.oasis-open.org/cover/).
